Why CBG Biotech?

CBG Biotech Solvent Recyclers are designed and built to offer the highest purity, while also being safe and easy to use. The following are just some of the many important operating advantages over competitors' solvent recycler equipment.

1. Portability: Both the cart-mounted and benchtop Solvent Recycler Units are easily moved to alternate locations for operation and/or storage. The cart-mounted solvent recyclers are on wheels for easy movment. Just plug the Solvent Recycler into an electrical outlet and you are ready to start. No water connections or special air systems are needed.

2. Automatic waste disposal: The waste from CBG Biotech Solvent Recyclers is collected in disposable plastic containers. When the containers are full, they are simply discarded in accordance with local regulations. There is nothing to take apart, nothing to clean and no exposure to hazardous chemicals or fumes.

3. Total replacement policy: For North American customers only, the CBG Biotech warranties, service contracts and leases routinely provide for "No Charge" service. Should you experience any difficulty, for any reason, our technical staff will work with you to solve the problem. If the problem cannot be resolved easily over the telephone, then a replacement solvent recycler is sent at absolutely no charge--not for parts, not for service and not even for freight. Customers outside of North America can rely on the expertise and customer service of CBG Biotech's select network of distributors to readily solve issues as they may arise.

4. Customized distillation: Each Solvent Recycler is factory-set to provide you with "optimized" handling of your various waste streams. In this way, you not only obtain the purities you need in your recovered solvents, but you also maximize your recoveries. At a later time, should you need a different distillation or operational protocol, your computer can be re-programmed easily over the phone.

5. Built-in spill-containment: All CBG Biotech, cart-mounted Solvent Recyclers and most of CBG Biotech's benchtop solvent recyclers are built with complete spill-containment. Thus, if someone forgets to install a collection container or if someone has an accident, you don't end up with a hazardous mess all over your working area.

6. Customized features: CBG Biotech also builds each Solvent Recycler to your individual needs by adding and/or subtracting a wide variety of equipment "options". Among the available options are:

• Electronic fill-pumps and/or small, portable, lifting devices that can do "your lifting" for you;
• Computerized, "self-selection programs" that allow you to process different solvents and/or different waste streams using the same piece of equipment;
• A range of equipment sizes;
• Automatic vapor detectors and fire extinguishers should your safety people recommend or require these items; and
