CBG is looking for an outgoing, motivated Inside Sales Professional to join our team. We offer a great working environment, outstanding earnings potential and a competitive benefits package.


Core Duties

  • Applying application knowledge of CBG’s products and services, identify and engage organic sales opportunities for CBG Biotech’s SolvTrue product line through lead follow-up, outbound calls and e-mails
  • Close sales and achieve quotas
  • Respond to inbound customer calls, e-mails and requests for information for positive customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Qualify, contact and engage leads from digital campaigns, trade shows, and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide pricing, quotations in response to qualified opportunities
  • Transition customer Purchase Orders, contracts, etc. to Customer Service for processing
  • Collaborate on qualified opportunities with appropriate sales executives for development and win
  • Record details of customer interaction, follow up items, opportunities, in CRM database in alignment with sales cycle progress.  
  • Support Marketing in execution of customer and/or product surveys to improve CBG services and products 
  • Log and document customer suggestions for product improvements. 


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or 3 years of proven sales experience
  • Confidence, self-motivation and determination to succeed
  • Excellent listening, phone presence and verbal communication skills
  • Strong written and presentation skills, ability to effectively communicate value proposition
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs and CRM database usage
